"My muscles are on fire, already, but yes. Do all 20." Milla continues doing squats, counting in her head. She sinks deep into Anon when pushing off him. The deep treads of her boots are leaving distinctive prints on his torso. He tenses up all the muscles in his body to endure her weight as best as he can. She keeps counting the number of squats in her head. "6, 7, 8, ..., 13, 14, 15" Up to that point it was no issue for Anon, but he's approaching his limit fast. Milla looks down. "How do your ribs feel?" "I... I'm... OK." "Can you survive 5 more?" "I... think... so." Milla does one squat. "Only 4 more." Anon whines. "Don't give up." Another squat. Every shallow breath Anon can take burns like fire. "3... We're getting close... 2..." Anon tries to raise his hand to tap out, but he's too weak. "1..." Milla is holding the squat much longer than all the others and then pushes up. "...and done!" She steps off of anon. He takes a deep breath and coughs. He curls up and twitches. His entire body feels like it's stabbed with needles. Milla puts the barbell in position for bench presses. She picks up Anon and places him on the bench. Then she lies down on top of him. ...Milla and Anon are at the gym. Milla is wearing her standard weighted workout clothes. She weighs about 200 kg while wearing those. Her custom made platform combat boots alone weigh about 15kg each. Anon approaches Milla. "Are you ready for our special workout? I am." "I'm ready. Let's do this." Anon lies down on his back and Milla slowly steps on him. One foot on the chest, one on his stomach. As she increases the weight on him his ribs start to bend under the pressure. She put her entire weight on him. They've done this often over the years, he's able to almost breath normally. Milla starts with a light warm up. She's just running on the spot, pulling her knees up as far as possible. She stomps on Anon hard. He groans quietly. She continues with many different warmup exercises like leg swings and knee lifts, calf raises. Her weight is a lot, but still bearable for him. She does a few more of the same exercises, then switches to sit ups, followed by crunches. She grabs some dumbbells with 20kg each to do some exercises. She steps back on Anon. First she does some biceps arm curls. Then some bent over rows, high pulls, shoulder shrugs and many more. She finishes up with jump squats. She focuses those on Anon's abs. It's time to get on with the actual workout. Milla puts away the dumbbells and prepares a barbell. She doesn't actually pay attention to how much weight it is. It's probably not that heavy... for her. She steps back on Anon. His ribs bend a lot more than before. She does one squat. [[Continue|hw1]]
